Andrea Kirwin's Birthday gig featuring JUMAN & Soulcentrix
Peace Run Records and Agency invites you discover Palestinian/Turkish/Australian Artist JUMAN on Friday 16 January at The Presynct.
This year Andrea's putting on a birthday concert at her home venue of The Presynct and will be performing a live set with friends celebrating the Nambour live music scene entering 2026. Now more than ever it's important to be going out and supporting our live music venues who are struggling with the rising costs and low ticket sales for gigs.
This concert will be an awesome community music event to get to. Come and join Andrea as she uses her birthday gig to provide a platform to discover more great Artists and support our wonderful local venue, The Presynct.
Tickets are $35 entry with $25 concession and doors open 7pm. More acts to be announced so buy a ticket and see you there!

Teen Songwriting Workshop with Alys Ffion
Peace Run Records is proud to present a one day songwriting workshop with ARIA-nominated songwriter Alys Ffion on Sunday 25 January at Cooroy Memorial Hall.
Held from 9am til 4pm, Alys will draw on her decade + of expertise as a working musician in both USA and Australia, guiding teens through the full journey from starting and completing an original song and everything that entails. Limited to 15 spots, participants will learn practical tips and creative techniques to unlock their authentic storytelling voice and learn how to put that down on paper. This wonderful opportunity to work with Alys will give participants to grow their writing skills and begin building their own style while being mentored by Alys in an encouraging environment. They'll also connect with other young, like-minded emerging songwriters and will be encouraged to co-write and collaborate along the way hopefully making new friends in the process! The last teen songwriting workshop sold out so please book your tickets early to secure your spot.
Please bring acoustic instruments, writing pad and pencils to the workshop as well as a water bottle and snacks for lunch. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to find a seat and we look forward to seeing you there! If you have any questions please email us at bookings@peacerunrecords.com
Sunshine Coast Rainbow Choir is back!
Peace Run Records and Agency is proud to present the Sunshine Coast Rainbow Choir at The Presynct in 2026! Meeting every Tuesday from 27th January to 31st March, Sunshine Coast Rainbow Choir is curated by Andrea Kirwin and Angela Newcomb. A safe and inclusive place for all people from all walks of life, the choir sings songs by LGBTQIA+ artists, Club bangers as well as requested songs. Previously the Choir has learnt songs by Chappel Roan, LP, George Michael, Elton John, The Beatles, Des'ree, Whitney Houston and more.
Rehearsals run from 6.30pm - 7.45pm with socialising meet up from 6pm (snacks provided). Rehearsals are paid by the term at $20/session (or $200 for the 10 week term). Casual drop in rehearsals are $25 (paid at the door), but coming regularly is preferable so you can learn the songs as we do get offered the occasional gig/Festival!

Songwriting Workshop with Andrea Kirwin on Saturday 31 January
Peace Run Records invites you to join Australian/Fijian singer-songwriter Andrea Kirwin for a songwriting workshop on Saturday 31 Jan where you can learn how to create music and lyrics that reflect your own individual creativity and bring out your inner songwriter. Andrea's had 20 years experience releasing independent albums and performing on the Australian Folk Festival circuit and curating events.
This workshop is suitable for both beginners and experienced writers and there will be some creative writing exercises available as well as the option to workshop a song or poem you've already written in the second half of the workshop.
Please bring a book and writing tools and an instrument. The cafe will be open to purchase drinks and snacks.
Dustyn 'Right Where You Are' Tour 21-23rd Nov
Dusty Lee Stephensen is a multiple award winning musician who is now bringing his new solo project 'DUSTYN' to life which is a culmination of his past achievements and backed by the cinematic sound of Riversuite Quartet for 3 special concerts as part of his 'Right Where You Are' Tour for the release of his debut song.
With string arrangements by Ross Irwin (The Cat Empire), this project journeys from melodic gospel soul through to blues and funk. Featuring fresh takes on the Wanderers back catalogue and unreleased songs from the upcoming Dustyn record ‘Midnight Movements’.
Supporting DUSTYN is Rosa Mack and Andrea Kirwin. This will be a cracking good show for lovers of gorgeous string parts, incredible vocals and brilliant musicianship.
