Briscoe Sisters are heading out on tour this September!
Peace Run Records and Gaba Musik are proud to present Briscoe Sisters on tour this September, heading to select regional venues and Festivals. Briscoe Sisters were a hit recently at Woodford Folk Festival and they are heading to Brisbane Festival to perform at The Speigeltent in Southbank on Thursday 17 September, so we are putting on a tour to share their beautiful music and Kuku Yalanji stories and culture across SE QLD and Northern NSW. Sunshine Coast Rainbow Choir Term 3 is on now!
Peace Run Records presents Sunshine Coast Rainbow Choir for another fun filled term of singing on Tuesday evenings at The Presynct in Nambour! Our 10 week term starts this Tuesday 14 July and will run til Tuesday 15 September. All welcome and you can sign up for the full 10 week term, or a half term or come along casually. Our social singing club starts at 6pm with snacks and a catch up before starting our rehearsals at 6.30pm and running til 7.45pm. Each week we learn new singing techniques, practice harmonies and have a whole lot of fun. The Choir is run by Andrea Kirwin and Angela Newcomb. We look forward to seeing you there!
Briscoe Sisters are coming to Brisbane Festival
Don't miss your opportunity to catch Briscoe Sisters when they perform at Brisbane Festival this year as part of Generations and Dynasties at the Spiegeltent on Thursday 17 September.
Hailing from Yalanji country in Far North QLD, Briscoe Sisters have been performing their songs and cultural stories for over two decades. From their early days being recognised as Port Fairy's Folk Festival's Matons Young Talent of the year in 2005 and top 4 Deadly's new talent in 2004, the sisters Deline, Merindi and Naurita spent 10 years touring to national major events and Festivals across Australia. Highlights inclue performing at CIAF 2018, Tandanya Spirit Festival in South Australia and performing alongside Yothu Yindi Band at the Yarrabah Music Festival in 2018. With recent performances at Woodford Folk Festival and at The Sydney Opera House, Briscoe Sisters are back on tour and performing select Festivals across Australia bringing Kuku Yalanji language and song to audiences once again. Deline, Merindi and Naurita's sister harmonies, trained in gospel singing from their youth, makes for an incredibe live show. Grounded in their culture and families, these sisters continue to bring great healing and empowerment through their music.
Nai Palm is coming to the Sunshine Coast!
Peace Run Records and Dingo Festival present Australian Soul icon, NAI PALM, in concert on Thursday 8 October at Maleny Community Centre as a special Dingo Festival sideshow. Doors open at 7pm with show start from 8pm, local support act TBA, and main act on at 8pm. Tickets are $45 general and $38 concession and the concert is all ages with u18 $25. Please support the volunteer run bar and thankyou to Maleny Community Centre for hosting what will be an incredible night of world class soul music!

Mama Kin Spender and Emily Lubitz at The Imperial
Peace Run Records is passionate about promoting the Sunshine Coast region as a live music destination, so when Mama Kin and Emily Lubitz reached out about collaborating on bringing their Singing Roadshow concert to the Sunshine Coast, it was an immediate yes!
On Sunday 4 October you can join in on a very special type of concert that includes a choir workshop followed by a show in three parts.
Emily Lubitz is one of this country's finest singer-songwriters and will be opening, followed by her duo with Mama Kin, a magnetic partnership of two fantastic songwriters and performers. Finally, headlining is Mama Kin Spender, an ARIA-nominated Australian folk and soul duo formed by long-time collaborators Mama Kin (Danielle Caruana) and Dingo Spender. Fusing raw percussive energy, blistering guitar, and soaring harmonies, they explore the depths of the human condition, love, and resilience. Get your tickets and see you at The Imperial Hotel from 4.30pm on Sunday 4th October!
Dustyn 'Right Where You Are' Tour 21-23rd Nov
Dusty Lee Stephensen is a multiple award winning musician who is now bringing his new solo project 'DUSTYN' to life which is a culmination of his past achievements and backed by the cinematic sound of Riversuite Quartet for 3 special concerts as part of his 'Right Where You Are' Tour for the release of his debut song.
With string arrangements by Ross Irwin (The Cat Empire), this project journeys from melodic gospel soul through to blues and funk. Featuring fresh takes on the Wanderers back catalogue and unreleased songs from the upcoming Dustyn record ‘Midnight Movements’.
Supporting DUSTYN is Rosa Mack and Andrea Kirwin. This will be a cracking good show for lovers of gorgeous string parts, incredible vocals and brilliant musicianship.

Peace Run Records is proud to collaborate once again with Rudekat Records to bring Island Vibe to Borumba Deer Park on the weekend of 13 - 15 November in 2026!
We have announced our first line up programme with a bunch of SE QLD and Northern NSW's favourite Roots/Reggae/Soul/Funk bands and headliners from NZ - Subtribe and Casual Healing!
